Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. The good news is, you have until 30 days before a race to transfer your registration. To do so, please follow These directions. If you get stuck, please contact support and they can help you out — 1.877.228.4881 or via chat.

Can I walk the race?

Of course. Walkers are always welcome to participate. Please note all participants must maintain at least a 15 min/mile pace.

Can I push a jogging stroller during the race?

Yes, by all means. We simply ask that you start at the back of the pack for safety. Also note, children six years and older will need to be registered.

Where can I find my bib number?

Your bib number will be posted to the race website the week of the race. You can locate it on the race website under the Packet Pick-Up section.

Can a friend pick up my race packet for me?

Yes, a third party can pick up your packet for you during the designated Packet Pick-Up times. To do so, they will need to show a copy of your photo ID (picture on phone is acceptable) and your bib number. Bib numbers will be posted to the race website the week of the race.

Can I exchange my shirt size at Packet Pick-Up?

At this point, race shirts have already been ordered so we have to honor what everyone ordered. However, we'll bring any extra shirts we have with us to the race. Once the race has started, and assuming we have the size you want, we'll be happy to exchange it for you.

Can you mail me my race packet?

Unfortunately, mailing race packets is not an option.  If you are unable to pick up your race packet, we suggest having a friend pick it up for you. To do so, they’ll need to show a copy of your photo ID (picture on phone is acceptable) and your bib number. Bib numbers will be posted to the race website the week of the race.
