All registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
There are 3 options for picking up your race packet. A photo ID and bib number are needed to pick up your race packet (bib number will be posted here the week of the race.)

On race day, be sure to allow enough time to check in (e.g., parking, gear check, etc.) before your start time. We recommend participants arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race.

Limited paid parking is available at the following locations:
Grant Park North Garage – 25 N Michigan Avenue
Grant Park South Garage – 325 S Michigan Avenue
Millennium Park Garage – 5 S Columbus Drive

All participants will receive an official Chicago 10K shirt, finisher medal, bib number, free race photos and a B-Tag ChronoTrack timing device with their entry.
Course Time Limit
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Chicago 10K. Volunteers are needed to assist with every aspect of the race, including:
- Course Marshall
- Start line and finish line support
- Aid station support
- Gear check
- Course set up and tear down
- Packet Pick-Up
- Water station support
