There are 3 options for picking up your race packet. Your QR code from your confirmation email is needed to pick up your race packet.

Have a friend or family member pick up your race packet for you by presenting your QR code prior to the race (location, dates, and times listed above).
Option 3
Race Day Packet Pick-Up. For $10.00 per race packet, you can pick up your race packet on race day before the event from 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. You can sign up for this service during the registration process.

Race Day
On race day, be sure to allow enough time to check in (e.g., parking, gear check, etc.) before your start time. We recommend participants arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race.

Parking & Transportation
All participants are strongly encouraged to carpool or use public transportation to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. If you drive, please allow sufficient time for heavy traffic and street closures due to the race.
Gear Check
Gear Check will be available at the race site.
Photos
All Rocky Run participants will receive free race day photos from Gameface Media. Photos will be available the week following the race and emailed to all participants.
Awards
The top three overall male and female finishers will receive awards.
Weather Policy
The Rocky Run will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., lightning) or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants, race officials reserve the right to delay, postpone or cancel the race. All registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Swag
All participants will receive an official Rocky Run shirt, finisher medal, bib number, and free race photos with their entry.

Start & Finish Location
The race will start on Kelly Drive in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Please note the race finishes in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and does not go up the stairs.
Timing
The Rocky Run will feature the B-Tag ChronoTrack timing system. All participants will receive a B-Tag timing device attatched to their bib number.
Course Time Limit
Participants must maintain at least a 15:00 minute per mile pace*. Please note your official time does not start until you cross the start line.
*If participating in the 13.1 Italian Stallion Challenge, you must maintain at least a 13:00 minute per mile pace in the 5K to ensure you are lined up in time for the 10 Mile start.

Lightning Policy
In the event of lightning, the race will be postponed 30 minutes if lightning is detected within a 10 mile radius. Additionally, every time lightning is detected within a 10 mile radius, the 30 minute timing increment will restart.
Refund Policy
All registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No exceptions. As with all events, proceeds from the event are used to cover the numerous nonrefundable pre and post-race expenses required to produce the event (e.g., city permits, park district permits, medical personnel, police and traffic control, security, participant shirts, finisher medals, bib numbers, timing chips, equipment rental, participant food and refreshments, tents and staging, event staff, signage, event supplies, portable restrooms, etc.).
